Medal of Honor: Airborne is the next installment in the long-running Medal of Honor series of World War II first-person shooters. It is being developed by Electronic Arts' Los Angeles studio for release on the PlayStation 3,Playstation 2, Xbox 360, and PC.
Overview
In Airborne, the player will take on the role of Private first class Boyd Travers, a paratrooper in the U.S. 82nd Airborne Division. Travers' insertion into major engagements in Sicily, France, Holland, and Germany will reportedly be controllable by the player. The chosen landing zone will, according to the Electronic Arts' announcement, affect the course of the subsequent mission.
Game Features
In Airborne, the player will be able to loosely control where they land, affecting the mission in one way or another. They can also have customizable weapons that you can upgrade with authentic parts. These upgrades stay with them through the game, so there is no need to upgrade the same weapon with the same part over and over again.
