They have a long ways to go before they 'fry' Xbox Live. If Harmonix hasn't done it yet, I'm sure they can't.

 I wonder how this game will do first day compared to Halo 3. I know some of my friends who don't like Halo, I don't know anyone who doesn't like GTA. I know it isn't as hardcore as H3, but there are a lot of pre-order incentives on both sides of the Atlantic... could be close.

it will not even be close. H3 had way too much advertising and a more family friendly rating. GTA will do well, but it is no compettion for H3
