Discuss: Image of 360 Motion Controller - Newton Posted: 8 months ago Eh, I'm hoping that this turns out to be false. My opinion's always been the Wii's motion control was, and still is, a gimmick. Why would we need it on the 360 when we've got a controller that's just as good? View News Story --------------------------------- "Think of 360plex, like a transformer"

Posted: 8 months ago I'll take it! If we can get just a few key games to support it, why buy a Wii?--------------------------------- WTFavre!?

Posted: 8 months ago Maybe this is just a mock up or artist rendition. Regardless, I hope MS does bring us a motion controller.--------------------------------- WTFavre!?
Posted: 8 months ago You want motion sensing? Get a Wii. Why do what someone else is already doing? I'll stick to my analog sticks, triggers, and buttons.
Posted: 8 months ago I've already owned a Wii, and could easily purchase one again. A Wii owner only has so many choices for quality games. Sure the first party games are great, but there are only so many and the third party support is lacking. So, I could see avoiding purchasing a $250.00 console and accessories. Take the best if the Wii, it's motion controls, add a few good novelty games, maybe Microsoft's version if Wii sports? I think this could be a huge boost for MS if properly supported. I can see it now, a game similar to Wii Bowling, add voice support, matchmaking and an achievement for getting a turkey! You gotta be smokin' to not see the possibilities! I mean come on, the Wii sells shit loads of consoles month after month, and will probably win the console war by selling the most consoles. Problem is, once people get these things home, they aren't buying games. The whole idea is that the entire motion controller thing, in my opinion, would be better suited as an accessory on the best platform, with the best features. Not a stand alone console!--------------------------------- WTFavre!?

Posted: 8 months ago i think its a (good) fake. MoCo is really kinda of silly considering that Microsoft really doesnt develop the kind of games for it, plus, i sit in my chair and play to move as little as possible.--------------------------------- semper ubi sub ubi
Posted: 8 months ago Yea, thats a fake.... kinda looks like a rock hard dildo!!!!(uncalled for, uncalled, I should take that statement back..... BUT I WONT!!) Its an idea to get the female gamers really into the 360.. or the 360 into them.... STOP ME, PLEASE, I COULD CRACK THESE JOKES FOREVER... ok now i am done, sorry for that!! --------------------------------- "Man, shooting cops and getting Head never gets old"- Gunnz; Netcast #54
Posted: 8 months ago Whether or not this happens I do not see myself jumping in to get these. I already have 4 controllers for the 360 and could not see any compelling reason to buy something very Wiimote like. The only title that would use it would probably be some acrade titles and the game that will come with the controller. I have a Wii to play those types of games.Too bad they did not include it into the original controller like the sixaxis. Very few games have done a very good job integrating the sixaxis, but Heavenly Sword has some sections where you had to guide the projectile to the target. This was extremely fun and my favorite part of the game. I guess I have not seen enough dildos, but it does not look one to me. ![]() --------------------------------- Do you Twitter? Follow hoZt
Posted: 8 months ago I owned a Wii for a month or so when it was first launched in the UK, Once the novelty of bowling had worn off I had no time for it, I genuinely think motion sensors in control pads is not the advance in video games we need. I would not be interested in one for the 360 at this time unless the games that go with them are a little more in depth than Wii sports etc.(PS, don't buy Wii fit, just go out for a brisk walk, maybe take in some staircases here and there and practice er.. standing on one leg) --------------------------------- www.o35s.net - Gaming and podcasting for the elderly. |
