Exactly. It's not like Niko or Roman are role models by any stretch. In fact, no one in the game is. That's the point. It's not called 'Grand Cookie Baking IV.'

Waaahhh! Why cant politicians and feminists leave our games alone!!You dont like it, dont buy it. I'm getting so sick of politicians, religious rights groups, and feminists telling me what I can or cannot watch or play.Personally I think its ppl who need to either get a full-time job or get a hobby and worry about themselves.

Well Ravioli, at least you're blaming the left and the right simultaneously. That is the correct approach! Seriously though. Both keep getting involved, where they're largely ignorant. It's a big part of why I'm a registered independent.

They can complain all they want now that the game is released.  The problems comes when the protests starts before the game is released and it persuades the developers to make changes to the game.

Is GTA IV any worse than any other GTA game?  Nope....

It appears to me that these day groups of people will look for any reason they can to make some sort of protest.

They need to find something more constructive to do !

Why not argue that they shed a good light on strippers and it may encourage the female gamer to choose said 'career path' ? or that hookers are being discriminated against because they're 'just trying to do their job, you don't know what they've been through'? ......

please, someone shoot me now... GTA is a (slightly off-kilter) but near accurate representation of real life, until you start looking at civilization as a whole as a problem and try to fix it then you can't begin to do it in the media.

Take a look around... try censoring life, see how far you get
