Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think all of these TF2 updates are for the PC version only. I don't think they've done much of anything to update the console versions.

they will probably come to the 360 one eventually. but when they do will anyone still care? also as far as i know they still to fix the overall performance of the game online. more than 4 player and the game ran in utlra slow mo.

They are having a very large update that will have all of the PC content for the 360 in the future. Oh, you have to pay for it.
