Can you use an external hardrive for xbox live market place?

^^^^??? My 20 gi is alomost full and I am not paying about 200 dollers for the 120 gig
when I have a 30 gig portable drive a 20 gig portable drive and a 300 gig external

You can not save marketplace data to an external drive. Not sure why they have this restriction when everything has DRM (digital rights management) signatures. The price of the 120gb drive is obscene. MS should be giving them away for cheap so we can be filling them up with premium content.

yea i find the price so ridiculus, but iam hopeing they will drop the price soon cuz weve already see a price drop in the HD player and the steeringwheel so the HDD might Be Next

the hard drive is too small. when pc's have 250Gb and up why does the 360 have a 120Gb (it's 114Gb or something really)? what happens if i fill it?

also i agree the price is too high.
