(via Joystiq) - Filed under: Features, Microsoft Xbox 360 Well kids, it seems like everyone is holding their cards close to their collective chests as we begin the final run up to E3. That doesn't mean we don't have a few interesting news bits to share though. For one, the Xbox 360 Mega Man 9 evidence continues to pile up, despite Capcom's claims to the contrary.

Sony Talk A Little Trash Over Microsoft's XBLA De-Listing Playstation Network
(via Kotaku) - PlayStation Network boss Eric Lempel knows what he wants in an online service. He also knows what his competitors offer, and in some cases, what he does not want. Take the Xbox Live Arcade, for example, and Microsoft's recent decision to start de-listing the more unrecognised/shitty games from the service.

Microsoft Keen On 3D Gaming, Have Performed Experiments Xbox 360
(via Kotaku) - If you care to remember, Jim Cameron has said that the game adaptation of his upcoming sci-fi flick - Avatar - is already running in 3D, and running in 3D on a 360. Ubisoft are the guys behind that game, but they're not the only ones looking at the tech. XNA boss Chris Satchell has said Microsoft have also been "experimenting" with stereoscopic gaming, although he's quick to stress that, as it stands, the requirement that gamers wear glasses makes the technology's widespread acceptance a thing of the future, not the present.

PlayStation Portable Store 7/3: Not Even Enough to Justify a Yawn
(via Gaming Today) - I considered titling this update with something along the lines of “yawn-inducing,” but that’d be an understatement. There’s nothing new on the Store this week other than two new themes, one of which is called “PSN Theme” which reeks with about as much creativity as an FPS starring a space marine.
