Fable 2 Main Story Only 12 Hours  
(via Joystiq) - Joystiq was told by several Lionhead staffers that the game's main story would take most around 12 hours to complete. Also, keep in mind: That's just for the main story. That's not figuring in the time you'll spend gambling, romancing, trying to get fat and all the other side quests that make Fable so Fabley.

Knights of the Old Republic MMO confirmed  
(via Arts Technica) - EA has confirmed that an MMO based in the KOTOR universe is currently being developed as a joint venture between BioWare and LucasArts. While speaking to Portfolio.com, EA's CEO John Riccitiello made the confirmation, but didn't give up any other details. "We've got two of the most compelling MMOs in the industry in development," he explained.

June NPD Sales - PlayStation 3 Soars  
(via Unscripted 360) - I suppose an eye patch wearing hero can indeed make a difference in hardware sales much moreso than any foreign gangster could.  Metal Gear Solid 4 helped the PlayStation 3 pull off its largest monthly win to date over the Xbox 360.  MGS 4 was the highest selling game for the month.

Installing your games takes 30% off loading times  
(via Xboxer) - So the new, amazing, innovative and brilliant feature that is installing games to hard drive will be coming to Xbox 360 this Autumn - but is it actually worth it? According to Microsoft, a full install will take around 10 minutes, then reduce your loading times by something like 30% while playing the game.
