Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit – Reviewed – XBOX360
(via LazyGamer) - By Philip Dunkley   I never really got into the whole anime thing. Not on a huge a scale anyway. I’ve watched a couple of the series and movies, bought a few figurines and enjoyed the artwork more than the actual content. I have however followed some the Dragon Ball Series, and quite enjoyed a lot of [.

Yup, You're Getting Eternal Sonata On The PS3 Eternal Sonata
(via Kotaku) - In June, Namco Bandai said of the PS3 version of JRPG Eternal Sonata - currently due for release in Japan - "We have no plans to release the game on the PS3 in the US at this moment". No plans in June, maybe, but this is July, buddy, and Namco Bandai have plans. They've announced that the game will indeed be getting a US release, in the Fall, and just like the Japanese version, will feature extra characters, extra cutscenes and (*squeal*) extra outfits.

PS3 winning the GTAIV race in Europe
(via LazyGamer) - I was checking through the latest European software sales and I have to say that they are a mess… We have had some fantastic games released lately and they are just not getting the attention they deserve. The fantastic Battlefield Bad Company only shipped 31,218 (360) or 21,355 (PS3) in it’s third week.

PSP Can't Stop, Won't Stop Sellin' In Japan Simple 2000: The Japanese Hardware Chart
(via Kotaku) - There is no cure for PSP fever in Japan, what with all those massive marquee releases happening overseas. Like... um God of War: Chains of Olympus maybe? Is this just Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G after shocks or are folks just falling in love all over again with the Sony handheld? Regardless of the reason, the PSP comes out on top on this week's Media Create sales chart.

Relive The Thrill Of Final Fantasy XIII's Xbox 360 Announcement E308
(via Kotaku) - We were mere feet from Messrs. Mattrick and Wada wrapped up the Microsoft E3 2008 press conference with a bang. I believe Leigh's words, at the time, were "HOLY SHIT!" when it was revealed that Microsoft had chipped away at the PlayStation exclusivity armor and Final Fantasy XIII was announced as an Xbox 360 release (in North America and Europe).

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts Googly Eyed Impressions Of Slippery Physics E308
(via Kotaku) - Whilst sitting in on an official demo of Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts at E3, one narrated and directed by Microsoft Games Studios' Ken Lobb and Rare's Mark Bettridge, I found it impossible not to be impressed by the platformer. The sheer number of parts, contraptions, and options, combined with what appeared to be a straightforward interface — a challenge when building something in 3D — made it clear that there's lots to do in the third proper Banjo Kazooie game.

Analysis: Why Microsoft Won E3 2008
(via N4G.com) - From Xboxist.com: "With almost no exclusive titles to speak of, and with high-profile projects like Alan Wake nowhere in site, how is it that Microsoft still came away as the big winner this year? It's because unlike competitors Sony and Nintendo, Microsoft was ale to broaden the appeal of their gaming hardware, rather than narrow it.

Flock - herding sheep is the new shooting gangsters
(via Xboxer) - There's nothing like a new game mechanic and - ho ho - this is nothing like a new game mechanic. Well, it is a bit, or at least a spin on a couple of older ones. Flock is a new game from Capcom that seems to be based around herding sheep into pens on a series of colourfully-rendered cartoon islands.

The New XBLA Arcade Walkthrough
(via Loot Ninja) -- I'm a hardcore gamer and XBLA games do not really interest me at all. MS knows that despite the high volume of games, very few are even worth a demo download. E3 2008: Gran Turismo PSP in Development No Gran Turismo 5 Before 2010?
(via Gaming Today) - The title of this story sure is a mixed bag for Gran Turismo fans. Joystiq got to speak with the father of Gran Turismo, Kazunori Yamauchi, and he revealed that Polyphony Digital is focusing on Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. He suggested that the proper version of Gran Turismo 5 might not be released before 2010, which somehow wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

Yup, that Bioware MMO is indeed a KOTOR game
(via Xboxer) - In a piece of spectacularly unsurprising news, it turns out that that untitled MMO project that Bioware's been working on is indeed based on the developers Knights of the Old Republic franchise. Speaking to Portfolio, EA boss John Riccitiello stated that "And the one that people are dying for us to talk to them about - in partnership with LucasArts, coming out of BioWare, which is, I think, quite possibly the most anticipated game, full stop, for the industry, is at the point where we get closer to telling you about it.

(via Xbox 360 Fanboy) - Filed under: Fan stuff, E3We just wanted to update you on our (Richard and Dustin) current status as it pertains to E3 2008. Simply stated, the expo is now over and we're jetting out of Los Angeles in the next few hours. This in turn means a few things. The first, most obvious conclusion being that WE SURVIVED E3! The long hours we put in all week, experienced by not only those in LA but team X3F back at Fanboy Towers were grueling.
