Almost everything you want to know about the New Xbox Experience
(via Xbox 360 Fanboy) - Filed under: News, E3 Looking for simple answers to your Xbox 360 dashboard redesign questions? Here are a few points to take away from the new Xbox experience: "There's nothing to announce" right now regarding a keyword search for the Marketplace. We hope for some kind of searching option or a better layout for content Playing games from the hard drive will work fine for multi-disc games; in fact, you can pick which discs you want to rip (but a disc swap for the correct disc in the drive is required) As an example, Joystiq was told that Devil May Cry 4 is approximately a 4 or 5GB installation and takes about 10 minutes to copy onto a harddive: PS3 installation is roughly 18-25 mins You'll need to keep the disc in the drive the entire time.

(via Gaming Today) - The perplexing PixelJunk Eden had its release date announced today on VideoGamesBlogger: July 31, 2008 is when the next PixelJunk game and the second PS3 title to include Trophy support will be available. As I said before, I’ll be picking up the game based on how good PixelJunk Monsters was; I trust Q-Games, and if nothing else, the game will serve as another great-looking downloadable game in my PS3 library.

What Are You Playing This Weekend? Lazy Sundays
(via Kotaku) - Being surrounded by the latest and greatest future releases the video game industry has to offer might lead one to think that my thirst for gaming has been quenched. Not so. (via N4G.com) - As we all know, havoc and dismay and a lot of questions ensued after Square Enix's big surprise at E3, many pinning Square Enix's decision on the lower install base of the PS3 (14 Million) compared to the Xbox 360 (19 Million). However, a glance at last generation sales trends for sequels, this assumption is not accurate.

Damnation - One To Watch E308
(via Kotaku) - The best thing about going to E3 are the little surprises - games you either didn't know about or hadn't paid attention to that simply knock you off your feet. Blue Omega Games' Damnation is just that sort of game. Due to be published by Codemasters for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, Damnation combines third-person shooting with acrobatics in a unique steampunk setting to create a game that has amazing potential, both online and off.

(via N4G.com) - In response to TG Daily's article about Netflix Xbox 360 streaming, HEXUS.gaming examine it more closely. "Whilst she's right in the fact that the service is available for free (if you already have Windows Vista and Vista media center that is - I don't), what she neglected to point out was how the official service is far easier than the current method, so for many there is still an advantage in upgrading to an Xbox live Gold account.
