Velvet Assasin + morphine = Sexy stealth action  
(via Sarcastic Gamer) - What truly separated Velvet Assassin from any of the other stealth/action games out there, from what I saw, was that it has the shooting aspect of Hitman with the sneaking aspect of Splinter Cell. You could choose to go through a mission shooting everyone, or attempt to play completely silent and unseen.

(via Gamespot) -- Capcom announced today that it will be offering free access to the Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix beta to Xbox Live Gold members who purchase Commando 3. A continuation of the high-octane action series with roots dating back to 1985, Commando 3 will run gamers 800 Microsoft points ($10).

Microsoft Confirms Going with Bluray  
(via Techtree) - Just two days back, we reported that Sony is busy wooing Microsoft to add Blu-ray support to its Xbox 360 gaming console. The effort's paid off (or so it seems) -- with Microsoft now confirming that it's trying to figure out the best way to connect with Blu-ray. The company also seems to be working on ways to include device driver support for Blu-ray drives in its Windows operating system.

Video Response from Man that Allegedly Exposed Himself on Xbox Live  
(via 360plex) - Last week a story of a mother in Lansing reported that her two children had been exposed to nude pictures while playing a game on "Xbox" Live. She had immediately turned off the system and phoned Microsoft to file a complaint, but was told that there was nothing that Microsoft could do about it.

Microsoft: We own 42% of all next-gen revenues

Rumor - 60GB Xbox WILL Replace 20GB Model  
(via TrustedReviews) -- The site TrustedReviews is reporting that Microsoft WILL be replacing the 20GB hard drive on the standard Xbox 360 with a larger 60GB version. Dates are not nailed down, but my source says Microsoft wants it done and dusted before the end of its financial year which translates as our Q2.

Infogrames offering to buy out Atari
