This would solve won of my biggest complaint about live, having to play with loud young immature kids. I know there are some young players out there that are good to play with, but there a very loud annoying group that gives you all a bad reputation.

Yeah it would be a good idea, better than a 'get what you get' result with matchmaking and stuff.
