Possible GTA 4 Gameplay taken off youtube

While searching for genuine gameplay, I searched for videos that were put up in the last twenty four hours on youtube and came across one video that was put up ten hours ago (@11.30GMT) However, the video has been taken off and the account name suspended. If this was another fake video then why has it been taken down. A quick search for the guys name on google franrie3 has shown that he has published other videos on other sites (not gta4 vids) and these were uploaded from his youtube site and they have been blocked. Essentially, guy puts up gta4 video and gets it blocked and taken down. Coudlthis have been a possible video. only 460 views were made. What you guys think. PS it was banned under terms of use.
