This is just ridiculous! I'm definitely not the only one who has sat around with friends and taken turns causing havoc in GTA games. That's one of the great things about these games, just playing in the sanbox world. Now we can all do it together! Monday night can't come soon enough.

Sweet, while in a party, it drops everyone into a "room" with cars and guns to dick around with until the host is ready to launch!!!!

a knife fight on the Algonquin bridge......man this game is actually sounding like it could break the mold of all other multiplayers, just like COD4 did for FPS games.

I know, i am absolutly thrilled at the prospect of this game, the possiblitles sound ridicukous, it reminds me a little of the old Dungeoens and Dragons formula. you have the dice and character shets, but it is up to a Dungeonmaster to make innovative goals, etc. like from the article, everyone tries to take a guy on the fire truck out with bats only and stuff like that, the gameplay seems almost endless!, and that not even the single player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 that riot game it talks about sounds cool where one guy gets in the firetruck and tries to keep everyone away with the hose and they destroy the truck with baseball bats....

no other game ever. you could get VERY creative with it. consests as to who can make the biggest explosiion chain, chopper fights.......it could go ON and ON!

Does anyone know why its the 29th it comes out? is there any relevance to that date? I mean, its a tuesday. I always thought dvd and music releases on a monday, and movie and game releases on a friday.

I mean they can't be worried about bringing it out in line with something else, because who's going to buy any other video game.

Here in the states, movies and music are almost always released on a Tuesday.

Also, I mentioned a while back that April 29th is the anniversary of the beginning of the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles (1992). I'm really, REALLY surprised the media never latched onto that.

I remember that date because of Ice Cube: "April 29th, more power to the people / And we might just see a sequel..."

This is one thing good about being an Australian, i get the game a couple of hours before everyone else. Except for the New Zealanders, but nobody likes them. . .

Anyways, my favourite thing in GTA's has been the Aircraft. I loved flying the Attack Chopper and the VTOL Fightrer In San Andreas. Now, i'll be able to fly with friends shooting from the choppers. This game is going to rule soooo much.
