I was fortunate enough to get a copy of a game from my employer a few months back, and I got it about a week before it shipped in the states. When I took it online, there were two people here playing it, and wh0ring for points. I asked how they got their hands on it early (as I knew it hadn't shipped to retailers yet), and they both said, 'We downloaded it from a torrent site and burned copies.' I said, 'Oh, okay,' and then I quit out of the room, and then I reported them to Microsoft. Hope they got banninated. It makes no difference if it's my company or not ... don't be a dick.

If you can't support the good games and the companies that make them, you're hurting the industry. Look at what happened (and is still happening) to the music business....

The people that download this are not the same ones that will be making the purchase.  Keep in mind you can not just download it and burn it and play.  You have to modify your dvd firmware which Microsoft can detect.  This will get you banned from live.
