Yeah I read about this and watched some videos on Youtube a few weeks ago. It looks pretty cool, and I defenitly hope Rockstar is watching this.

GTA seems like a perfect setting for a MMORPG.

 MAN, this mod has been out good year and I downloaded and its awesome. there are matches with 100 people on the server in the full city and its hell on earth. If you have it for the pc, download it, you wont regret it. Major Chavez approved!!
