It's easy to see why Konami didn't want reviewers to discuss the length of the game's cut scenes, because they take up more than half of the full play time. You thought the 45-minute cinematic near the end of MGS2 was stretching things a bit? Well Hideo Kojima was just getting warmed up.
You may be thinking, "But I saw the trailers before, and the cut scenes looked awesome!" Well yes, there are several action-packed cut scenes that are highly entertaining to watch. Unfortunately though, most of the cut scenes are much more mundane.

Posted: 5 months ago Fuck that person, they are obviously completly retarted, or ignorant to what MGS is. IT says IT has been a fan forever, but if it was a fan it would have expected crazy cut-scenes.
It is Metal Gear Solid - half of the game has always be codec and cut scenes. |

| Posted: 5 months ago I dont see what the problem is, there's a pause option on the cutscenes. Use it and go take you're Ritalin or go focus on a bouncing ballon or whaever you Attention Deficit Disorder need to do, maybe in a hour you will realize you were in the middle of something. |
