hmm....based on this preview...

COD(5) has a perk system, single player coo-op, multiplayer vehicles, and the COD4 game engine, flame throwers, melting flesh, flame throwers.........

it would alos be sweet that if you naded a guy with the flamethrower the tank blew up turning him into a napom bomb
