PS3 fanboys the world over just gasped in horror. It's not a 'game-changer' in Japan, but it definitely is here in the States and over in Europe. Now, the only thing Sony can say is, 'Yeah, well, uh .... will the X360 version need ten discs for all the HD FMV?'

Fanboys are frothing at the mouth. I can hear it now. FF was gimped 'cause it was designed for teh 360 OMGBBQ!!!1!!11!

Absolutely. Any listener of the podcast while I was a regular will know that I'm not a turn-based RPG fan, but I also understand how important this announcement is for Microsoft. Big. Enormous.

ha, right when i heard FF13 was coming to 360 the 1st thought in my mind is, ohh how many ps3 fan boys are gonna bash square for this announcement. plus scratch one game off my list of reasons to buy a ps3. microsoft keep this up and ill have no reason at all to buy a ps3 anymore

This has been rumored for a long time. Glad to see it finally confirmed.

The only reason a game would be exclusive is if they were paid off. These days there is no other compelling reason to just release it on one console.

i loved FF, but heard that the last one was shit? not sure, but I loved the old ones....as long the cutscenes arent 20 minutes long...........

 I liked FF7 and played through quite a bit of 10 but didn't complete it. I got quite overwelmed with the whole turn based combat thing and the amount of spell combinations you have to remember. It's still good news though.

Cyan the las FF was very political, and the main dude Vaan was kind of a (homesexual term) rymes with bag.

I believe there is still a game called FF13 versus, that is PS3 exclusive, however nobody knows what in the hell it is supposed to be.
